  We happened upon this accommodation while driving by on our way to the Digby - St. John ferry. We drove down through it in order to take a photo of the water, and then noticed what a nice place it was. We came back later that night and, without a reservation, were able to get a cottage right on the high bank above the water. It was a lovely cottage, and perfect in every detail save one (we weren't able to close our curtain for privacy while we had the air conditioner on, and had to improvise with a pillowcase). The price was extremely reasonable for the cottage, and we had a great last night's stay before taking the ferry the next day and ending our trip to the Maritimes. My husband spent a couple of very happy hours down on the beach in the dark watching that huge Digby tide one last time. Beautiful place, great people, clean, priced well....what more could you ask?

  My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay and if we plan another trip to this area of Nova Scotia, we will stay here again.
